During several Disney visits, we have made a point to be at Epcot during the annual Food and Wine Festival. Like other travelers, we refer to this as "eating and drinking our way around the world." Our favorites this year were the taco and tostada combination in Mexico, the spicy noodles and dumplings in China, and sparkling rosé in Italy. Yum! And, Germany, thank you for the model train exhibit.
Beyond the food and wine, we enjoyed the rides, music, special attractions, and end-of-the-evening fireworks extravaganza that Epcot offers. We always seem to land in the UK for their "British Invasion" shows in the courtyard. Canada gave them a run for their money this year as did the special appearance of Hanson.
Of course we had to experience the new Guardians of the Galaxy ride. It was a big part of the inspiration for going back to Disney this year (since we missed its opening by a week in 2022). We celebrated by riding it twice!

We continued the space theme with a visit to the in-demand Space 220 Restaurant where you can view astronauts floating by and more as if you're in a space station far from earth.
As a bonus to our evenings at Epcot, we also visited Disney Springs. The highlight was a Prohibition-era restaurant and lounge called The Edison. We stayed into the night to listen to the music: modern songs performed with 1920s style.
